We understand in these difficult times that you may have questions around our procedures. Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to make sure both you, your family and the people who work to look after our house are all safe.
We have extended the times between check out and check in. All high touch surfaces are cleaned with antibacterial cleaner, soft furnishings that can't be washed have been removed, and extra cleaning products have been left for your use. Please do ask us for our full cleaning protocols should you require them.
In the event you have booked our cottage and a further national lockdown prevents your stay, we will either move your booking to another date or where this isn't possible, refund your holiday. In the event of a local lockdown, you becoming ill, or having to self-isolate, we would ask you to claim on insurance. We will of course do our best to re-let the house and pass on any refunds where we can. Please don't ask us to allow your holiday to go ahead where this would breach government guidelines - the answer will always be a polite "no".
